From the best kitchens in the world to Atlanta. Our restaurant is the culmination of Chef Daniel's extraordinary culinary journey. Starting in business, his passion for crafting unique dishes led him to pursue a career in culinary arts and enrolling at prestigious Cordon Bleu Institute. A chance encounter with sushi ignited his love for the craft. His love for sushi lies in its perfect harmony, precision, and respect for ingredients.
Wanting to bridge his Latin roots with his culinary expertise, he explored Nikkei Peruvian cuisine in Peru, mastering its fundamentals. Working at the prestigious Osaka in Peru and alongside Chef Jason Liang in Atlanta, he perfected his skills in this magical fusion of two great cuisines. Realizing a gap in Atlanta's culinary scene, Daniel set out to introduce authentic Peruvian Nikkei cuisine to the city, fusing Latin, Peruvian and Japanese flavors.
Determined to share this unique culinary art with the people of Atlanta, he decided to establish his own restaurant in the heart of Alpharetta. This restaurant would bring the essence of Nikkei cuisine to the city, offering a one-of-a-kind dining experience that combined Japanese and Peruvian flavors in a relaxed family setting. Our restaurant embodies his journey, offering a diverse, innovative, and harmonious culinary experience, celebrating cultural fusion and the flavor balance of two of the greatest cuisines in the world.
